Co-Op Membership
We share our time and talent with one another when and if we can. This simple concept allows us to have multiple services provided by members for members.
We are a group of folks in recovery from many things. For some its addiction. For others, it's mental health. We also have folks who just don't want to do life alone anymore, so they rent rooms here and join the community. Whatever has brought you here today, we are glad to meet you. Pick the option that fits your needs and one of us will call you back asap. Please keep in mind we are a volunteer-run community.
How it works is simple. Everyone pays a monthly membership fee that includes a furnished room with bills and wifi, roommates, gardens, services, and peer support.
We have been at this for a few years now and have it pretty well flowing; all that is missing is you.

Our apartments are three-bedroom, two-bath apartments with fireplaces and in-unit washers and dryers. They are fully furnished and move-in ready. Each member has a room, shared common areas, and shared chores. You pay $800 a month. We report payments and help build a rental history. When you leave, our goal is for your credit, job stability, and mental health to be better than you ever dreamed.

Your monthly membership includes:

Minimum requirements to become a Vibe Co-Op Member:

Established sobriety. We are a working co-op, not a sober living. We do not have resources for high needs or stabilization. This is long-term living for folks ready to settle in and build something cool.

Employment or ability to pay rent. The move-in cost for The Vibe is 1600.00; that is the first and last month's rent. We rent to people with both bad credit and criminal backgrounds; to do this, we require first and last month's rent. No exceptions.

Ability to pay your monthly membership or rent. 800.00 a month is the cost for all members in shared living. Due on the first of each month.

Ability to bring your time and talents to the group. We only work as a co-op, if we all share the load.
