Short-term: $1200/wk (low season) + $600 deposit, Medium-term (30-day min): $600/wk +$1200 deposit (2-week moveout notice), Long-term (12-month lease): $2400/month + $2400 deposit (30-day moveout notice). Furnished and all bills paid including Internet.
What about my pet?
Small pets are welcome so long as they are friendly. No breed restrictions but you must be a responsible pet owner.
