The apartments are a just short drive to ALL THE WATER! Within 10 minutes, you get parked to have your morning coffee while floating down a river. Trust us; we have tried this. It's amazing.
One by one, all five of our buildings are being transformed. Please excuse our mess through the summer of 2023. We are building some great things for you, including two mini dog parks and a resident common area for gathering and socializing. The long-term goal is to be an inclusive and diverse group of humans from around the world. We are looking into building a community garden on site and even a potential float shuttle with shared tubes and SUPs. Once you move in, if you have ideas, we are always game to hear about them.
The possibilities are endless in this little slice of heaven right here in San Marcos, Texas.

Mini Dog Parks
We offer two mini dog parks for friendly dogs! If you need more room we are also conveniently located just steps away from Schulle Canyon Natural Area.
Hiking trails
We are conveniently located just next door to Schulle Canyon Nature Area. So if morning hikes are your thing, we have you covered.
Parking
Your apartment rental comes with ample parking space for you and a guest! If you have been in San Marcos long, you know parking close to campus is the best!
