How much is the rent?
Studio and one-bedroom units range from 1300.00-1950.00 a month for a long-term lease. Short-term rental rate is significantly higher (30-day minimum). All bills paid including Google Fiber.
What about my pet?
Small pets are welcome so long as they are friendly. No breed restrictions, but you must be a responsible pet owner and extra fees apply.
We have several tiny units at 2 locations (near Oltorf/Parker and East 5th Street), both close to downtown.
